I wouldn't thinks so and certainly hope not. It would make sense that they would only accept a physical address due to the fact that the purpose of the registry is to know where the offender's physical residency is. What good would it do people if they only knew where he received his/her mail? How could they protect their loved ones?

No, as a result of 9/11, a physical home address is required for everything as a valid home address, as you don't live in the PO Box. A PO Box is not a physical home address.

No there must be a physical address so the law can "visit" the offender.

I doubt they would as most people wont accepth that they want to know wherre the morons physically prowl

i don't think so. if your a sex offender its not right to try to hide and stuff people have the right to know where you are if you are a dangerous person.
