I see them on stickers on cars in las Vegas all the time. It's bugging me! Someone tell me :)

Is it a white sticker with a black oval elipse, and black letters? If so, countpetez, was correct, it means German Federation. These used to be nationality stickers for European cars but they are no longer needed since the onset of standardized Euro plates. I think people buy them just to show their nationality.
