my throat has been killing the past 2 days. the doctor said she doesn't see anything wrong with me. What do u tihnk it is?

If you are in a climate where you are using a heater, it's probably from decreased humidity in the air. When you decrease the humidity, you dry out your nasal passages/throat/sinuses and they become a haven for bacteria. So up your fluids and use a humidifier. If you don't have a humidifier, use a pan of water close to your bed at night. Take aspirin for pain and inflammation (with food) and drink hot herbal tea to promote good circulation. it depends on the type of pain.... youre probably dehydrated. Have you tried uping your water intake?
