i had sex for one minute. he came outside. i took the after pill 9 hours later. am expecting my period to come this week anyway. i had sex like just b4 i was expecting my period. i have been getting cramps and some discharge and urinate frequently only. i have taken the pregnancy test several times and its always been 5 days after sex almost 6 days and i am 'negative' ...
am i worrying way too much? i have been stressed about this so i think i have delayed my period also.

Well, of course it's impossible to be 100% sure at the moment since you usually have to wait a month before the pregnancy hormone levels are identifiable by any test.
This said the risk is fairly low since the spermatozoon is unlikely to have made its way to an ovum if he came outside. Also, at this point in your cycle (just before your period) it's unlikely any ovum is still present.
I would strongly suggest you calm down at least until your next period is due and then if it comes late take another pregnancy test and hope for the best.

You are stressing too much, you probably arent pregnat, and the more you stress the longer it will be for it to come. As for the cramps and discharge, that is normal before you start your period, you are just stressing so that you never noticed before, yuo caoul also have a bladder or urinary tract infection, that would explain the frequent urinating. Drink cranberry juice and visit your family doctor and then next time use a condom ad if you are not on birth control get some, because you are on the road to end up pregnant, so if you dont want to be, be more careful.

Well regardless if he came outside of you or not you could be pregnant, there is a thing called pre-ejaculation. Did he use a condom?? Stress can cause ur period to be delayed as well. I'd wait like a week and test a pregnancy test or visit ur doc, they can tell u for sure.

try another test in a weeks time... in the mean time dont worry too much!!! the stress will delay it even more! if he came ouside then the chances of u being pregnant arent that high.. plus u taking the after pill had one of two efects! it either brings on ur period early... or delays it by a few days... so i'd say dontworry or now.. wait a week and tk another test!....

You're probably okay, but you'll have to wait awhile longer to be sure. Yes, you're probably stressing about it too much, but let this scare serve as a good reminder to ALWAYS practice safe sex. You should go to the doctor and get checked out for STDs just in case, in addition to a formal pregnancy test.

you are STRESSING IT TOO MUCH....your not preg. if thats what you think......the more you worry the longer your period will come...for example me...if im stressing it it comes about a week and a half late or a week....good luck...and dont stress it...
