well i was taking a pic of our christmas tree until i saw a light thig in the corner of the mobile so i taped it to see what i can then there was this flying thing at the bottom was it a ghost?

I would recommend submitting the picture to a paranormal investigations group for analysis. There is a really good one at http://milwaukeeparanormal.com that you can send the picture to. They will look at the pic for free and give you their thoughts as well as refer you to a good (free) group in your area.
If it was a 35mm camera and not a digital, just have someone with a scanner enter it into the computer and you can then email the pic as an attachment.
You could have caught something on film, or it could simply have been dust, pollen, or a reflection of the lights. No way of knowing without first seeing the picture and knowing all the environmental variables surrounding it.

Well it could be or it might be the lights. However the thought of it being a ghost makes if exciting. Video tape some more and see if you catch anything else on the tape. Oooo. You never know.

It could have just been a reflection of your lighting. Or it could have been a spirit. What I need to know is what did you feel was there any action or reaction from others. Did it suddenly get hot or cold for you. Did the lights in your home just flicker for a moment. Did you become calm or did goose bumps run up and down in your or someone body. Before a answer can be given you have to tell me more about that incident........................

it's quite possible it was a spiritual being, but since you were by your lit up tree, it is just as likely it was a play of the tree's lights. did the light move? if it moved aorund then it probably is, but i wouldn't be worried unless your house has a very negative feeling to it and odd thigs happen that are dangerous. but if it just turns thing on and off and shuts doors, it's having fun teasing you...it won't hurt you though

It sounds like you are describing a light orb. This is a common form of spiritual manifestation. It does not mean "ghost" in a scary sense, it could be a departed relative come to say "Hello"!
Have you lost someone close to you recently?

I definitely think it was but it can also have been a light reflection that got trapped on the lense of a camera, have someone inspect the video to make sure its authentic

what you are thinking of is called an orb. i think it has something to do with light reflection, the way your camera flashes and it catches the let creating a bubble of light. it has nothing to do with ghosts, but superstitions have been mixed up with this trick of light.
