Trigonometry comes first. Trig is the next step after geometry. Calculus is a culmination of geometry and algebra. You can think of trig as a stepping stone to calculus. Therefor, after completing trigonometry, the next logical step is pre Calc or even Calc.

I took Pre Algebra, Algebra A, Algebra B, Trigonometry, Geometry, Pre-Calc and then Calc A...I'm supposed to take Calc B this year but Pre-Calc and Calc A were really hard for me and I already had the credits I needed. Good luck though! I definitley could have used it ; )

In my opinion, I think Pre Calc is harder.

We don't have trig. it is part of our Geometry which we take in the 10th or even 9th grade. Pre-Calc is taken after this. It is much harder and in order to learn pre-calc, you have to know trig. Hope I helped you! ~me

I took both and I could say Pre-calc is harder.. There both similar but i did better in Trigonometry. I love trig.. take it!!!
