Why can't blacks take care of themselves instead of always wanting to suck of the white man's breast? They complian that they were not taken care of. Obviously self reliance is an alien meaning to them.

someone told me that other communities rebuilt in no time while the ***** people just whined and blamed whitey. sounds about right.

i know you may not understand this but most of those people are poor and are just poverty stricken people that truly have no opportunities to better themselves. everyone does not have the means to make something of themself. most of the time if you are born in poverty, you stay in poverty because that is your way of life. not everbody can rise above that. some are blessed and able to get out of that and some or not. unfortunatley they were not.
