I have happily been using my freeview box for ages but on Tuesday BBC 1, 2 & 3 dissapeared from the menu now i can't watch any of these channels. can anyone help?

Try turning it off and unplugging it from the wall and the TV before plugging it in again. This should make all the channels re-tune themselves automatically.
You must get this sorted before sunday or you will miss Torchwood on BBC3.

Your signal strength has probably dropped maybe due to weather. The BBC channels all operate on a similar signal type (in simple talk) thus being why all 3 are affected at once.

Check one of the many freeview coverage sites, a lot of work is being done on transmitters, and a loss of a group of channels is normally due to this reason

Try reloading the channels. I know its a pain and you have to redelete the ones you dont want, also you may have to do it more than once to pick up all the multiplexes. if you're desperate you can still watch Beeb one and two on analogue if you switch off the box.

unplug your box for a few minutes should reset itself, thats what i have to do evrytime a new channel is added, or i don't get it and loose channels

U mite of clicked a button on ur remote that has disactive-ated it.

try rescanning your digibox. this option should be in your mrnu somewhere.
