Here is what I know. His masked was based on Antifaz Del Norte of ECW. But as far as I know unless he was a wrestler in Mexico that I have never heard of, I don't think he ever existed. There was a wrestler named Cyclone ***** though.

No Blue Cyclone was never a real wrestler. At least not in the United States.

Yes my husband wrestled under the name Blue Cyclone in Dyersburg, TN before the song came out.
