Jehovah's Witnesses, some Apostolics , and the Pilgrims didn't.
Edit: Actually many people who aren't Christians celebrate. It's a big ceremony in many oriental countries and allo over the world. Also, many people who never went to church a day in their life and many who practice paganism celebrate it.
