Both of these can be coputed using
Force=mass times acceleration

1.
F=1000*1

2.
100/2 = acceleration

The equation for force is: F = ma or Force (equals) mass x acceleration.

1000kg x 1m/s = 1000 kg/m/s

then just manipulate the equation for acceleration

Acceleration = force/mass

100 N/2kg = 50kg per N
