i have a 90 accord with 280,000 miles, PURRSSS like a kitten! these things will last forever. all you need to do is normal maintenence. Just make sure to check stabilizer bushings for wear, suspension, rust in wheel wells and gas door is known to happen so look for signs of that. See how it shifts, does it stutter when you punch it? did you try the A/C? If all is sound then no youre getting better than a great deal, youre getting a great steal.

The best way to find out whether a car is a good deal or not is by looking at the Kelley Blue Book. Cars go for different prices depending on where you live, the condition, mileage, all that stuff. You can input all of this information on their website. I always use it when I'm buying a car!

My husband bought one of these cars for around $1200. It is not that great or a deal, but you are not getting ripped off, either. He drove the thing TO MEXICO (2000 miles) and drove it around down there for over 6 months. The car still runs perfect. He sold it to his sister. Very long running car, and with only 143K, it has MANY, MANY miles left!

its a not bad deal. the price is not too bad and the mileage is good. well i wouldnt buy cars that are damaged at all because those could say about the previous drivers. and i would never buy car who had 8 previous owners. for me 2 or 3 at most. but its a good deal.

i own a repair shop, and really that's not a good deal on that old of a car,,if you think about it,,its almost 17 years old,and some of the parts for that car are hard to get these days,,i think for that much you might find a better deal on a car,,if you get in a hurry to buy a car, you,ll over look some important things about it,,so i think id pass on it i have seen a lot better deals than that lately ,and on newer cars also,,just think about it,before you buy it,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Thats a decent deal. ask if its salvage. if it is ask why. but the price can definitely go lower.
