Ebay might work, but I wouldn't bid on anything that was going that cheap. You will wind up with an old, badly outdated machine with a very small amount of memory and a small hard drive. For that price, you won't find anything that will run the newer versions of Windows well. Even somebody trying to sell a stolen laptop knows he can get more than $200 for it....

try looking in a local newspaper, or if that doesn't help, try a small chain of stores (wal*mart might be a choice around x-mas season) or privately owned stores......but beware of rip-offs! always check consumer reports for the best quality consumer goods @ consumerreports.org today or order their magizine! amazon.com is good because it offers low prices directly from the retailers, where as ebay sells from users, which can be misleading in photos (scams etc.) beware, however, that some stuff sold on amazon.com can be from other countries that DO NOT allow warrienties in a foreign country, such as the u.s. amazon requires a pay pal account, which is free, and you can find out more info at paypal.com............also, building your owncomputer is cheaper, because you get better parts without paying for the labor.
