I have a huge problem with moss on my steps and roof. I want a solution for both w/out having to spend a fortune. Any advice would be great.

You can get a solution that you paint on from B&Q or Homebase or anywhere like that. I think it is made by PathClear- but it is different to the ordinary PathClear (made specially for moss), I'd go into the shop and ask if you're not sure.

well, there is a $10 problem i can fix for you, you got $10, youn can fix it, go to the store, get 3 gallons of bleach, now you will need a pump sprayer, from any garden store, there about 6-7 $, one gallon bleach, one gallon water, mix into the sprayer, and spray the moss heavy, this will kill the moss, and for the roof, do the same, but be rerally carefull when on your roof, the bleach makes the roof slick, when dooing the roof, i will say, have someone around that can hold your ladder, and or call for help if you fall, but if you do this on your own, be carefull please. I'd rent a pressure washer to get rid of it, Then go to Home Depot or Lowes they sell stuff to put on roof and walkways to keep it from coming back, Bleach mixed with after should do the trick also.

table salt will work on the cheap side for the roof i would yous bleach with water but you will have to do it again. but in your steps you can take salt and put it on the moss and in the cracks it is coming from and it will kill it and don't be afraid to put some on. have you herd of roundup the the mood of action is called glyisalfate and that is what it is made of salt but it will kill Any thing you put it on salt will do the same thing.

Spray it down with a good "oxidized" bleach solution like Roof Ox.
