No, one doesn't exist for unlimited bells however there are some codes for bells that can only be used once. Just talk to Nook in his store and say other things:

There is no "unlimited Bells" cheat. However, there are cheats for bells in increments of 100-99,999.

action replay memo card and action replay disk
for the gamecube.
