Ok, I stole the first answer from another thread.

Most vitamins are harmless if too much is ingested (like vit C you just pee out the excess) the others you mentions may give you stomachache if overdone. Too much B6 is defiently not good for your nervous system, but I don't know how much is too much. Best to check the back of the packet.

2nd question: It may hurt the first time but that is because you are breaking the hymen. On some people it doesn't hurt, some it does. After that, it should hurt. Breaking the hymen is the only issue with first time sex..

Taking too many vitamins will hurt you. Just as drugs an overdose will do wrong to your body. Common vitamin overdose is Vitamin C, which many people think harmless, but can harm your kidneys if you take it too much. Same thing with all other vitamins. In the end, nothing is good at excess. Keep the dose normal and it will work fine.
About sex, it can hurt you if you do it wrong. When you hurt someone when you are having sex it might be called rape, so watch out.

Short answer to both Q: some can...lol

Long answers: 1) some, like Vitamin A, are fat soluable, and so can build up to toxic levels if too much is taken. That's why most vitamin supps now contain beta carrotine instead, which is used by the body to manufacture vitamin A, instead of vitamin A itself.

2) Some sex can hurt. I'm guessing you're a virgin, so that first time is more likely to be painful than subsequent acts, but even that first time won't necessarily be painful, depending on many factors, many of which you and your partner can control (your comfort level, his patience, lube, etc...), and some you can't (your anatomy, HIS anatomy, if your hymen has already been perforated thru other means, etc.)

But you can be SURE that first time will be painful if you rush into things and aren't really ready, psychologically/emotionally, so take your time, and be sure you're ready (including physiologically, i.e. if you're not turned on, you won't be naturally lubricated=pain). They all go hand-in-hand, i.e. if you're feeling unsure emotionally, there's little chance you'll be turned on, and so on...

Finally, anal sex, while very enjoyable for a select group of women, is more likely to be painful than vaginal, and is something to really hold off on 'til you're old enough to make more informed decisions. I bring it up, cuz i know there's a growing trend among teens to do that before vaginal intercourse so as to 'save yourself/remain a 'virgin''. If done w/o a lot of prep, anal sex can lead to life-long medical problems that could require surgery, a colostomy bad, etc. So yeah, wait on that one, if at all....

too many vitamins in most cases will not hurt, but anything above the recommended daily allowance (RTA find this information on the Internet) will do nothing more and the extra vitamins need to be filtered through the liver which works that organ more. Sex can hurt if it is done roughly or in the beginning of a person's sexual experience in life.

Yes, taking too many vitamins/supplements can be harmful...depending on what they are.

As for sex, when you're ready for it then you'll find out. Just think though, if it hurt THAT bad, so many people wouldn't want to do it all the time (of course, women have babies and that's a LOT of pain).

vitamins taken at the wrong time with others in wrong doses yes.. gnc stores can set ya straight. eat right then take am multi one. i am trained thru homeopathic ways and was certified at gnc as we go thru training. vit a for ex is not water soluble meaning it stays in system for long time and can be toxic in high doses. .however vit c is water soluble an it pees out. vit b is fro stress and nerves hair vit d has to be taken with the right combo of minerals.like magnesium. the source is differential as well. citrates are more absorbable then phosphates which is chalk in dollar store vitamins. gnc is reputable source to ask. sex shouldn't hurt if ur lubricated and ready and know what to expect. relaxed state and slow

For the first one: What kind of vitamins are they taking and how much? For the second: Some girls experience pain the first time, some don't. It just depends on your body and your personal circumstances.

Answering the first question -- too much of anything hurts. In reply to question 2, sex can hurt, if you contract an STD, and it can even kill if you get AIDS.

There is a link to a free personalized vitamin and supplement profile at
( http://www.reducingstress.net ) It recommends what you should take based on a combination of your age, weight, gender exercise and eating habits.
I tried it and it was really good.
