It's a free country. The first thing that comes to mind is that the rest of society will think they're weak, but society has no business judging anyone. Real men can show their emotions.

it depends on what they are crying about. If they are just crying over something stupid, then it shouldnt be done publicly.. and if it is then I would prolly look at them funny or laugh or something.
If they are crying because someone they love died, or something along that line.. then it is ok for them to cry because it is good to let it out.
