Well Vans have more cushion and converse are cuter but once you've worn them for a while, they get really thin on the bottom and you can feel everything that you step on...PAIN! I'd say for long term..go with some cute Vans...but not those bulky ones..for short term...converse all the way!

Converse is the best. Although, Dada's are very great as well. Don't really know about Vans that much.

I like both. Vans are more for skaters. If your a girl i like the brown and pink vans if boy than black and white or brown, but thats your choice. For converse, i say black.

Vans are easier to walk and such but converses are cool 2. I have both.

both will do unless your going for what in style in the big apple designer sneakers with matching caps and outfits are whats being worn to just hang out in and to party unless it's a dress up affair
