She's got two big deals, that's what the big deal is.
And, no, not anymore. It's kinda funny how Pamela has changed as a person since she first garnered some public attention. She seemed to be a nice, fresh, innocent girl from Canada when she started out, but now she seems like she is trapped in some new (not pretty) public image. I mean, how many different breast enlargement (and breast reduction) surgeries has she had? She had her implants removed, then put back in, then a bigger size, then smaller, then even bigger than before....
It's sad because she used to have some moral fiber, but it doesn't appear like she has any anymore.

Men can be vicous disgustiong people...they want gurls for there breasts and nothing other then that...amybe there *** but mostly breast...i find it disgustingly disapponiting how some people can ask...
