I've looked at over 500 hobs this morning! I can see why you've asked the question.
This says it has a tempered glass lid, but it's not pictured as such

This may be an alternative to a lid?

The only other alternative would be to make your own lid. 6mm toughend glass, polished edges, holes drilled in corner, an inch all round larger than your chosen hob. Screw firproof feet into the holes in the corner.
You'd think there would be more out there wouldn't you?
