Why not kill him with kindness? Just don't act like you want him back. You can still be kind to him even though he is not to you. Maybe he will eventually stop trying to hurt you.

"Tell him you forgive him....because he doesn't know the pain he causes"....That is the only way for him to feel pain....if you tell him that he is a sick son of a ######....he will just feel justified of what he said...but if you tell him you forgive him....there might be a chance for him to feel remorseful...Then dump him and move on...
