In your opinion, who is the best new or undiscovered artist?

Regina Spektor has a nice voice, but her music is really weird. I like it, but she has yet to mature as an artist. Margot & the Nuclear So and So's are excellent, too.

this past year there have been a lot of new bands and two of the coolest are All American Rejects and Panic! at the Disco, However it depends on what kind of music you like....
Also Plus 44 (old members of Blink 182) just got a new album out and it's pretty good too!

hands down...they're starting to get a little popularity now but they've both been around for a few years. best of all is they are both amazing live. have a listen if you havn't heard of them
