Do you think your dad would want you to look girly?
If so then perhaps.
If your dad wouldn't like you to look girly, though, then why didn't he say anything yet? Is it that he has given up hope on you listening to him? If not, then he probably has no clue as to why you are growing your hair.

doubtful. nearly all of my guy friends have longer hair than me, and none of them look "girly." he prolly hasn't noticed or doesn't really care
