i guess it might be similar to the reason why most molesters of children are whites (and even form clubs in support of their perverted lust, NAMBLA).
well the truth is that WHITES actually commit more crimes, and more whites are in prison, if you consider states with low black populations like montana, north dakota, etc.considering the black population here in america we make just over 1/3rd of the prison population but only 12% of the nations population. also the crimes being committed are against other blacks. so really you've got your own backyard to clean first.
