well the first question is how old is the step child if she is under 18 yeah. Second No its not illegal if she's over 18. But why would you want to have an affair dump the wife if you want to be with the daughter/

It is morally wrong AND if this step child has ever lived with you as a child of the family then it is LEGALLY WRONG!
What is the matter with you? No confidence to find someone out of the family? Cant speak in public? Insecure with your man hood? DISGUSTING!!!! does the word step child mean nothing to you?

If they're of legal age then technically no but think about the moral implications of such acts. You are like a mother/father figure to this child and I think it's just disgusting to have any type of sexual relations with them.

It may not be illegal but how about being immoral could someone really be that shallow to do such a thing . This borders on incest to me .
