It's an asian thing. Families that can't accept a womans right to marry whomever she wants. They arrange marriages and if the girl will not go through with it or has an affair with someone outside their culture they feel offended. The girl and sometimes her boyfriend are killed as a matter of 'honour'.
Barbaric practice and yet another wedge between western and eastern cultures.

the simple answer is that people are gettin killed in the uk. this happens every day and the chances of it happening to you are about 1 in 10000000000 but it will be about 1 in 2 if you annoy a mass murderer so be careful!

This dishonourable government we have is turning a blind eye to all matters such as female circumcision, arranged marriage, honour killings and are allowing Sharia law to be practised. It allows multiple marriages, ignores passport and social benefit fraud, lets foreign criminals out of jail to roam free. Where do you want me to stop, Blair has given our fair country away and we have yet to pay the full cost, God help us.

Savagery, as performed by savages who have came to our shores. The ironic thing is, most of them fled their countries of origin complaining of this and similar outrages, yet wish to perpetrate their savagery unmolested upon arrival in the UK!
