We broke the roller thing months ago. The roll sits straight up on the back of the toilet thing.

Always over the roll so you can see the end more clearly and with the inner roll slightly squashed to prevent accidental unrolling. That is the world and it has been spoken. All true believers know that. Look it up in the book of the faithful. The precedent has already been established by Holy Law.

Over the roll. My duaghter stayed at 'The Plaza' hotel in NY with my big sis. She came home and folded the toilet paper on the role to a point for weeks to look like it did at the hotel. Fancy NY hotels even put the TP over the roll. Trying to put it under is to much of a pain. I have OCD when it comes to that. I have ALWAYS put the TP over and grew up with it that way to.
OVER OVER OVER!!! Yeah and by the way people should keep their toilets shut too. Big bowl of toilet water sitting there wide open is nasty!

OVER,always,just like a paper towel roll.My wife doesn't agree,so we compromise,whoever uses the last of the roll puts the new roll on the opposite of what it was.I maintain that over makes it easier to grasp,if it's under,you bang your fingers against the wall.

Over- but I have to tell you I just had to go check and see which way I actually had it. I'm the only one that ever puts it on the roll but I can't really guarantee I do it the same way every time. I'm kinda special that way.

Hi,
I like to set the paper over the roll and if I visit someone and they have it the wrong way. I can't help myself I have to turn it around.
