will a cory fish be able to servive in brackish water? info please....thanks

I don't believe so. If I recall correctly, they naturally inhabit still shallow pools along the Amazon river. They may be able to deal with some amount of salt but not to the point of brackish.

No, cory fish are freshwater fish and any salt in their water will be detrimental. It messes with their osmotic regulation.

Also, you said 'a' cory fish. Corydoras are schoolers and need to be in groups of 5 or more :)

Like most catfish cory can't take much salt.
