i'm a sunday school teacher, and for christmas im trying to find a good craft for some 12 and 13 year old BOYS to do.i have found that kids this age (and esspecially this class) are kind of hard to control, so i want something to keep them occupied and happy. we dont have power tools, but they can use nails and wood. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Have them make bird houses/feeders. These are good round-the-year items good for giving for x-mas. Just make sure that they know NOT to put them up in the fall when the birds are leaving. The birds will think that there is a supply of food that will last the whole winter. If you forget to re-fill it, the birds will starve to death.

Have them build birdhouses ( have the parts precut or get kits ) and then paint them...tell them it is to be a gift for a parent or grandparent so they don't paint anything inappropriate on the house. This should keep them occupied for at least a couple of hours or a couple of Sundays.

Using the nails and wood (or any other materials you could use), have them create their own picture frame and decorate it themselves. Tell them to bring in their favorite picture from a past Christmas to use for the frame.

First thing dont make it too simple or too hard if it is fun and intresting they will not be a problem to control woden swords are always a winner

OOH listen get them some warhammer 40,000 models of either chaos space marines or eldars, and let them put em together and paint em, 2 points yes
