Do you have drivers for the card installed? Wire plugged in? If wireless, did you set the security key? Does the router use MAC address filtering?

It might be broken. Call tech support and find out. If it is under warranty they will fix it. If it is under warranty and you are sick of your PC just put it in the microwave for a few seconds. It won't work anymore and they won't know why. You could get a new PC. ( I don't recommend any of this but I have heard it works )
