You could get an easy delicious stir fry. Get some Quorn beef mince, put it on the hob with some olive oil and onion. Cook some rice while you're at it, to make it easy on yourself you could go for Unle Ben's ready seasoned basmati. When both are nearly done, mix them and stir in a few pine nuts and a tomato-basil sauce. It's heavenly.

well there is so much to choose from! I thinking chicken myself. But there is all kinds of chicken, fried chicken, chicken alfredo, chicken salad. its going to be a tough decision. If your a veggitarian I'm sorry I said all of that about chicken..... so MAybe you should have a salad or some kind of soup or something mexican...yum.
