You need to check your state.
most states require 30 days after the divorce is finale .
Due to if either party has a change in mind they still have up to 30 days after the divorce to appeal
what ever may have been decided.
But after 30 days from the day it was final then you may .Be safe and ask your state laws on that..

I'm not sure is there is a legal aspect to that situation, as long as you have the divorce decree I think that you would be covered legally. As far as my opinion is concerned I would wait at least a year before I married again. I do know that in some states the length that one has to separated before they get a divorced stipulated by legal separation is a year.

I guess it depends on the state you live in but I did not even know that there was a time limit. I got divorced once and then re married just a few weeks later. We were seperated for a long time though.

I have been married twice. The legal waiting time after any divorce is 60 days AFTER your divorce is final! So you actually file your papers, wait 30 days for the judge to sign them..After the judge signs them they are final.

Just according to the state that you received your divorce. Just download the state and ask how long you have to wait after your divorce. They;'ll all tell you whatever you want to know.

As soon as your divorce is final you should be able to marry the next day. I don't advise that and it cold be different by state.
When you get your wedding license ask.
