I will be adding 2 bedrooms to my home with a hallway. Along with a small half bathroom.Their will be 3 Construction workers building this. Their going to be working 5 days a week, 10 hours a day. Keep the 10 pts but there isn't enough ifo there. Medium size? To whom? Are you adding this rooms onto existing foundation or do they have to pour footings and do block work? What about the outside? Brick, siding? To me adding on 2 bedrooms is worse than building an entire home it can run into problems tying the existing in. Roof grades etc. But I would say 2 rooms 20x20 (800sf) siding outside, insulation in walls, sheetrock inside, sub floor, and no flooring about 3 months start to finish depending on locale (ie rain, snow, season etc. )

About 3-6 months depending on your contractors, permits needed, and also weather conditions.
