There are so many! It really depends on your interests. My Favorites are Supernatural, Medium and Ghost Whisperer. I also think Bones, Close to Home and Numbers are tops! House and Two and a Half Men are great also!

Grey's Anatomy- incredibly well written, well acted with great cast chemistry. All around fantastic show.
As for Comedy- has to the The Office. I was laughing so hard last night watching that, I was crying. The show continues to be hysterical.

Easy question to answer:
Battlestar Galactica. It's not cheesy sci-fi, but drama (like the West Wing). See it for yourself, you'll understand. My wife HATES sci-fi but she can't miss an episode of BSG now.
The Office is another good one..as is the Amazing Race (for reality shows).
