Mostly good parts and poor diagnostics by wannabe "mechanics".
R $ R remove and replace, cost many dollars. NEVER replace a part till you know the problem. Old Mechanics proverb

Is the major of system failure in your brain mechanical or electrical.

being that a chip is electrical i think it has the same problems as your brain that is how old.....
