Well lets do the equation, a large section of them voted for Bush (twice)!! So thats them out of the running.
Some apparently we're not even smart enough to work out how to vote, so thats them out as well.
That leaves the rest, and the men weren't smart enough to shoot the ones who did vote for him, and the women weren't smart enough to give him a b.low job so he could be impeached.
So my conclusion is NO.. definately not.

HoHoHo bet the thought police get you for this one! I've met quite a few intelligent yanks, problem is most of the intelligent ones are SO naive that they are no use either...
Having given it 5 mins to watch the other answers coming in, it would appear that only Brits and "standard" americans bother to answer questions like this...
