No, in fact it seems that Zuko has now sided with Azula and betrayed his uncle, Iroh.

So far in the season I've seen, no. Katara was going to attempt to heal him but, was interrupted by Aang and Zuko's uncle. Katara used the water that could of healed him on Aang, who was shot in the back and could of died, by Zuko's sister.
