Yes, given the vastness of the universe the liklihood is that there are other planets that sustain advanced life forms, some of them technologically advanced. Thinking otherwise is naive and arrogant.

There is the smidgeon of a scintilla of a remote possibility, but the factors contributing to our evolution are far to diverse to expect something like that to exist. For another galaxy with another Earth with humans like us to exist, intrinsically everything that caused us to be the way we are would have to have occurred identically to the other planet.

COULD there be? In a universe with nearly infinite possibilities, yes. Look at how many millions of life forms are here on this earth. And if not this universe, possibly another, or a parallel dimension.

There are LOTS of other galaxies outside of ours. We can see them with instruments such as telescopes. Are there other planets in them with intelligent beings on them? Almost certainly. Are they like us? Probably not. So many factors go into planet formation and then LIFE formation that each is very likely unique.

anything is a possibility until proved one way or the other yes we might be mere mortals or the reigning intellectuals of the universe it is wild to think about in any instance might all of the explorers we have known and were taught about ever asked the same question to themselves? i think so we might have vivid imaginations but sometimes our imagination is the starting of new inventions and new worlds to be found open minds often wonder good luck

You are correct. The statistical probability of planets with life identical to or very similar to our own is so high that you can be sure that when you look up at the stars, other beings are looking back.

Yes, I've been there. It's called Quadrant 9. They look like us but their heads are located where their a s s should be, and jut inwards like a turtle when they are startled.

God told me that there are planets full of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on them...little mice eat the sandwiches and have a big 'ol teaparty. That's what God said.
