I will try to resist the obvious hag jokes. I am not sure why you want a manual router when electrical motor driven ones are fairly low priced and get the job done so quickly. The last guy that I know looking for something like that was faking antique chairs by finishing them manually.

Hello,

You can start with these:

Patrick Leach is an old-tool dealer who will have several in stock and ship to you. You can find him at: http://www.supertool.com/oldtools.htm

You can do research on the OldTools List, a group of old woodworking tool collectors and users at:
http://www.frontier.iarc.uaf.edu/~cswingle/archive/index.phtml

I will also add this... an "old woman's tooth," as I have heard hand routers referred to, is usually craftsman-built (homemade) affair or a wooden version (earlier) of the all metal routers (286, 71, and 71 1/2, etc.) that were made by Stanley, Record, Preston, etc. and are collectable and readily available.

Or even a 'Grannies Tooth' Are you trying to create a special shape? If that is your problem, get a piece of steel ideally tool steel, create your shape 'which fits' with the steel laying back at say 30 degrees.Get a colpe of bits of hardwood to hold the steel...clamp it between, and help to keep you at the right angle, away you go......custom made plane...
or, for flat surface...

What you are looking for would be considered an antique tool. I suggest you get in contact with one of the organizations at this site.
