I don't know why but I get all misty & I get the chills when I hear the bagpipes, doesn't matter who is playing as long as they're played well, and Amazing Grace does it every time. Other songs do too, but that tops it for me.

Wings For Marie (Part 1 and 2) by Tool. I love that song and every time I hear it (all 17 minutes) I just get chills. It's such a powerful song.

Usually Russians, by Sting, gives me chills. Just evokes personal memories.
Edit: I love Pachelbel's Canon, and am glad they kept it in DMinor. I actually heard someone else perform it in DMajor, and ruined it. TSO is great.
