Does your screen register the fact that your computer has turned on? (ex. a blinking white line on your screen. Any change whatsoever?). You can try a few things. First, disconnect all your peripherals (open your computer and disconnect your hard drives, your cd rom drives, floppy, etc) and boot it up. If the bios starts up, then it's something with your hardware. Another thing you can do, is look at your motherboard. Find the name and type of your motherboard. Look up the specs of the board online and find the BIOS reset jumper settings. Doing that should get you back on the road to function.

Unplug all the devices, remove all the cards including the video card and memory. Boot the PC. If you get a error code (usually some kind of beeping, then the processor is work.
Power down and add the memory and keyboard and boot again. See if the lights flash on the keyboard. If so, the memory is good.
Add the video card and boot again, see if you get display.
Continue to add devices and cards one by one until you find what is failing.
Then you will know what needs to be replaced or repaired.

Do you hear "a beep" sound ?
If yes, please try release the memory module and switch to other slot.
If still hear "a beep" sound, I think your memory broken.
