Tofu. I'll be happy if it's banned after the first trimester,
anything after that is murder. It is now, it was then, it will always be.
There is NO excuse to get an abortion when you can FEEL the baby moving inside of you!
Why do you people continually talk about bombing clinics, when is the last time it happened, how many murderers have been killed so far by Christians.
I'm an atheist but guess what? ABORTION is disgusting and it's still murder--- most definately after the first trimester,
have all your deep ethical debates before the 11th week, but it's murdering a baby after.

I totally disagree with militant means of getting a point across, let me say that now. However, while the abortion rates may have dropped, there is still a very big problem with teen pregnancies, unwanted pregnancies, children being raised by parents who don't want them, overcrowding of foster homes, ect.
When pro-lifers make women (girls in some cases) so scared and afraid to seek an abortion, what comes of the child carried to term when the mother has no business raising the child or doesn't want to? What about those mothers on drugs bringing children into the world? Abortion should NOT be an excuse to sleep around and/or not use protection, but the fact is that there are people having babies that might would have gotten an abortion and saved the taxpayers and (most importantly) that child a terrible life.
The key, in my opinion, isn't to say "abortions for anyone who wants one, whenever they want one," but to really focus on sex education. You're probably flipping right now, but it is true. It is a parents job to teach their children sex ed, but so many aren't doing that. Now we have a big problem that doesn't seem to end!

If the prolifers really want to deal with reality, they would have seen that yes, the rates have fallen.
Do you know why?
More active sex education being taught to girls and boys at younger ages. TEaching them responsibility for their actions
Better access to doctors to get birth control.
Also the negative effect of the militant and perversive prolifers activities can scare young mothers to reconsider their choice, because they are afraid of "dying" by a bomb at an abortion clinic, forcing them to keep a baby they dont want. Would you rahter have a child be in a UNLOVIN home, abused emotionally and/or physically then become a blight on our welfare system? or give a woman the choice, and not be afraid of that choice?
Anyone who says that abortion is an "easy way out" for mother,s have never worked with these scared women. ITs an emotional and moral choice that should never be legistlated.
Why dont we ask thse pro lifers what they've done to help curb abortion? Have they each adopted the 5+ children needed to stem the tide of unwanted pregnancies? I dont see them actively adopting any children.

In the real world, there are real enemies of Christianity's "loving" method. This is why, over 30 years ago, the ACLU began its cultural attack on conservative America. We were busy "loving."
As we have watched the decline of this once great and blessed land, we have decided that under the Constitution, we had rights.
Your right to free speech ends where my rights to free speech begin. Isn't that the way the SP game is played?
Our nation is governed by Law, not Christianity. Until the laws reflect the will of the people, our success is incomplete.
Currently, Congress is struggling to pass a bill that would simply provide anesthesia to late term abortion babies. We cannot even get a law that will end their physical pain.
So how successful is that?

I personally think that pro-life activists need to focus more on promoting adoption rather than trying to stop all abortions.. I think if adoption was more focused on some women might think twice before the have an abortion- and I've said this before.. it's kind of sad to look at it this way.. but adoption is a money making thing.. the mother could get paid, her living expenses paid, and her medical bills paid if she gives the baby up for adoption.. heck she would have to pay for the abortion- there are women in my city that get pregnant on purpose just to give the baby up for adoption.. that's how they make their money.. I can't say it's wrong.. they are getting paid, a couple are getting the baby they always dreamed of.. hey if it works for them

The bombings were not done by all pro-lifers, I'm pro life and it just seems stupid to me to bomb and kill people just because they are scared of the reasonably of a child, I just want to say why should anyone have the right to kill a person?

i'm professional-decision. once you get an aborion, you're removing a clump of cells. you should get an abortion interior the 1st degree of being pregnant (that's whilst it quite is a clump of cells and not a toddler) so which you're no longer quite killing a toddler. additionally, there is been information the place a youthful lady has been raped yet in her state abortion became unlawful so whilst she gave delivery, the two her and the toddler died. If aborion became legal there, then she might have survived.

I think the abortion bombers you refer to are a few fringe kooks. My thing is this...Why does it have to be a "Christian" issue? It's an issue of right and wrong. "Christians" don't corner the market on right and wrong, you know. How can anyone with a conscience kill a baby? I just don't get it. Whether they're Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Atheist or Agnostic...I just don't get it.

Rates have fallen but what are reasons for that decline?
I doubt it is the militant ways of many, not all, pro-lifers.
Education, responsibility and other factors have likely contributed.

I don't think that Christianity is responsible nor required for the fall in abortions. People are smart, and although it's taking some time, there is no way to deny the definition of murder.
