my best friend told me that the guy i like likes me but i don't know weather or not to believe it because i haven't had a guy like me in a long time, or atleast a guy as hot as this one. and i feel embarressed to ask him. what should i do?

Never under estimate your self, go for it and just because he's hot on the out side, does't mean he's hot on the inside and that is what counts. Never hold your head down, and remember to alway smile and laugh you live longer.

Just go talk to him. You don't have to come straight out and say "so, hey, do you like me?" Just hang out with him for a while. You'll get a better idea about how you both feel. Plus, it'll be fun! :) You could see if he wants to go do something harmless - get a cup of coffee, catch a movie with a bunch of other people, stuff like that.

Play hard to get! I totally fell for a guy that i wasn't sure liked me about a year and a half ago...and i looked like a complete idiot...he liked me...but not for the reasons i had hoped! I probably woulda figured that out if i had played hard to get first then tried to find out as much as i could brfore i said/did anything! just don't stay away too long...you might lose him! just try to find out .:casually:. what he is all about, and if it is the kind of realtionship you want. :D

dont stay in the back ground. Get the guy alone and tell him how you feel towards him.
No need to be timid about it.
If ya blow it, hey at least you got up the courage to speak up any way.

you don't ask him anything...you go up and talk to him..I mean..what have you got to loose? your pride?...yea no b/f thats something to be proud of lol...heh you will know almost right away if your friend was telling the truth...the dude will latch onto you right away if he likes you truthfully and even if your friend made the whole thing up maybe he likes you and she didnt even know so the joke would be on her lol...my advice: go for it...and in the immortal words of the band KISS: Lick it up!..

Well all i can say is try to dress up nicer and go talk to him...i mean go make a new friend and see what he is like....sure your best friend told you that but what if she HEARD that...always make sure before you come up with any conclusions...

if he likes you for more than a friendship situation, you'll be able to tell, let him make the first move if you feel uncomfortable, it will save you an embarrassment, I hope it happens for you, if not this one maybe the next
