Whats the rush. Its not a good idea. If you get an infection it will be harder to treat due to the limitations in meds that you can take.

NO! You're not supposed to get any piercings or tattoos while pregnant or for 6 months after. It's not safe for you or the baby, why would you even consider introducing a foreign body. Nose and tongue rings are the most common when it comes to infection, it's really not worth the risk invovled, just wait, your nose will still be there after the baby is born.

My doctor said NO piercings and NO tattoos during pregnancy. Doesn't matter where at or who does it. If you would get an infection, it could kill the fetus or cause birth defects. I listened to my doc! She did say it was safe to wear whatever piercings I already had....lol, but that probably doesn't help you!

Better question is this.......You are pregnant, one of the most joyous times in your life, why would you want to draw the attention away from your growing little belly and put it on a goofy nose ring? Grow Up!

And for whoever game me a low rating....you grow up too. How immature one must be to be considering piercing their nose while pregnant!

I would wait just incase it gets infected or something. You don't want an infection during pregnancy.

well yes, but if it gets infected you could hurt the baby with the antibiotic treatments, or if you get an alergic reaction to the metal, it could even poison you and the baby.

Most piercers won't pierce pregnant women. So it's something for you to discuss with them, but I don't recommend it.
