I don't know about anyone else, but my husband was bullied all throughout high school. The bullies thought he was a big nerd and used to threaten to beat him up every day. He was a straight "A" student and a bit small for his age. Of course, it didn't help that his mom dressed him up in cords, plaid shirts and mickey mouse socks! Anyway, now he is a trauma surgeon and is very successful. A few years back he went to his high school reunion. All those bullies turned out to be big losers. Most have been in and out of jail and none amounted to anything. So I say to all the nerds out there on yahoo answers, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, man.

Geeks (I know this, because I am one and when I was in school, it was hell. Graduation is very exciting for geeks!). There's also Wiggas (white kids who think they're from the ghetto when they're not). I think Wiggas are the only ones that deserve it though because they ask for it. >_^
(I know that's mean, but they're annoying.)
(By the way Wendy, BIG KUDOS to your husband! ^_^ You know, some day geeks should go on strike so that all the "normal" people will come crying to us to run their stuff again! They can't make their money without us, and it's about time they realized it.)

Bullies are by nature insecure people who have no self esteem and attack other people who do not stick up for themselves. It makes them feel better about themselves but in reality they are only making their situation worse. The best way to deal with a bully is to stand up to them. It is the only way to show them that they have no power over you or others.

Physically weaker people.
Unintelligent people.
The psychologically fragile.
In other words, people without any form of power - either over themselves or over others.
Dominance is important. Bullying is a negative method of reaching dominance, but every and each one of us must be capable to overpower themselves and push themselves further every day - they must keep improving, because this is the only way you can become dominant over your weaknesses - and succeed..

the smart people, the popular people, and the so called "emo,goth" or whatever people...people the bullies are jealous of

Brainiacs (smart kids) and skaters (you know, the kids who were all black and dye their hair blue)...at least thats how it was when I was in school...kids can be so mean.
