The countries without capital punishment (death penalty) extends possibly the greatest legal protection which is not to be executed. Among democratic countries around the world, most European (all of the European Union), Latin American, and many Pacific Area states (including Australia, New Zealand ) have abolished capital punishment.

I don't think it is an easy life anywhere, unless you get one of the camps for white collar crooks. I think they should be the ones in Leavenworth, they have caused more pain to victims than a majority of those who have just smoked a little dope.
