I am Engineering graduate from India. I want to live in U.K. How to get part time job as well as can do my higher study

I'd start by sending inquiries to the universities.

And making sure your spelling is correct.

i) Spell the word correctly - scholarship.
ii) Can't the UK Indian High Commission in London help?
iii) Individual universities have staff who can advise you.
iv) The Job Centre in the area of the university you wish to go to can help.

You need to contact the course director of the University you are planning to apply to and find out it they offer bursaries or scholarships to overseas students as not all universities do. Also you might need to get a work permit in order to work in the UK, it might be worth contacting your local British Council just to make sure
