I don't think that would be too good of an idea, mainly because we have the UN. Despite the fact that it is on neutral ground it is still here in America. Wiping the US out would result in WWIII. Nuclear war would be the answer for your question, but I'm not sure if you would want to bring about the destruction of our planet.

We have technology that can cause missles to explode in the sky and on top of that. We would blow russia up, yes that means you would die. So I mean really russia can try but, they would only be setting their own selves up for disaster.
