go to the 99 cent store and buy 4 picture frames and get some pictures of all of you and make a collage for everyone, they all will like it and you can copy the pictures off the computer to save you money

Candy, candle, bubble bath, lotion.
Or a card with a sincere note about how you appreciate the friendship. Not flowery, unless that's your style, but maybe include a memory of a time you laughed together or a time when you were down and he/she encouraged you.
A gift is nice, but I don't like giving or receiving gifts that are out of obligation; oh-it's Christmas so I have to buy her something. Don't do it, don't buy into the commercialism of the season. Your friends will understand. AND if they have bigger budgets than you, don't feel bad if they get you something bigger. Feel and share the love of the season.

Does that mean you only have 15 total or 15 for each person?! If it means split and you have $3 and change each just give up and buy a nice card. There is nothing you can get for 3 dollars! Now if you mean each, Bath and body works. Find a nice lotion or something like that.

make them each a homemade card. Than keep the money for yourself... lol just joking, no Idea I find it very hard to buy good gifts for guys they are so hard to buy for. For a girl just get something cute.

Guys gift - Cuff links, if you want to take it to the next level here, have them engraved, one more step, a nice cuff link shirt along with it!

the dollar stores have real nice stuff,, I don't know the ages of these boys and girls ,,, for the girls they have really cute hair accessories that you can put in one of there cute containers or baskets and for the boys??? no clue?? again I would have to know the age ,, also for the girls they have diaries, journals ,pens,,,the possibility's are endless... good luck and happy holidays,

For girls something like bath oils or products...I have also seen some neat brush n comb sets...for guys..maybe a scarf and gloves...or hat and gloves...you are welcome!
