on my x7 pocket bike electronics.?

Question

i noticed the charger isnt charging it and the headlights are screwed up, one is brighter than the other. one headlight, the less brighter one, comes on right after the more brighter one comes on too. the lights and everything, except blinkers and i dont know why, come on while charger is in it... i check fuse and its good.thanks

Is there a light switch on the bike? On or off when charging? Tighten all grounds on the bike. Check at each light for tight and clean ground. Then look at each wire to the lights for a short to ground. Bare wire or broken wire. You`ll find it. You might also conside mounting a toggle switch on the lights if you do not have an off on for them. Have a fun day.
